It is an opportunity to ask questions, receive general guidance, and understand available program options—without obligation. Nature of the Consultation The Free Consultation is informational and educational in nature. It is not coaching, therapy, medical advice, or speech-language pathology treatment, and it does not include personalized treatment planning. No specific outcomes or recommendations are guaranteed. Scheduling & Availability Free Consultations are scheduled by appointment only and are conducted online via Zoom. Availability is limited and subject to change. Each individual may book one Free Consultation unless otherwise approved by StutterMind. Cancellations & No-Shows If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible to allow availability for others. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of eligibility for future free consultations. Session Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. StutterMind reserves the right to end a consultation early if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the session. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to Zoom. Consultation links are personal and may not be shared. Recording & Privacy Free Consultations are not recorded unless explicitly stated. Any information shared during the consultation is treated with discretion and professionalism. Next Steps Participation in a Free Consultation does not enroll you in any StutterMind program. Enrollment in paid services is optional and entirely at your discretion.
